By Car

The Gloucester Quays Outlet is located close to the Historic Docks and can be found at:

Please note that this is a new postcode which some satellite navigation systems may not have recorded yet. If you can not locate the above postcode on your satellite navigation device please use GL1 5SF. This will direct you to the retail park adjacent to the Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet.

Parking is available at the Gloucester Quays Outlet and at the Peel Centre retail park. Please note charges apply and there is also a height restriction of 2.1 metres at the Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet car park. A park and ride serving Gloucester Quays will operate between the Waterwells and St Oswald's Park & Ride sites via the number 507 bus every 12 minutes. The cost from Waterwells is only £1.50 return with free parking.

By Coach

The drop off and pick up point for passengers is on St Ann Way and within the historic docks off Southgate Street. PLEASE NOTE, coach parking is located at the historic docks and also at the Westgate Street car parks.

By Bus

Bus companies operate a number of services to Gloucester Quays. For further details please call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33.

By Train

British Rail operates a mainline service from their station at Gloucester. Taxis regularly service Gloucester Railway Station and Gloucester Bus Station is a few minutes walk away.

By Foot or Bicycle

Gloucester Quays is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle from Gloucester City Centre and bicycle stands are located within Gloucester Quays.

By Taxi

Drop off and pick up points are located at St Ann Way, Llanthony Road and Merchants Road.
A free taxi phone is located at the Designer Outlet Customer Services Desk.
