Baby Changing and Breastfeeding Facilities
Gloucester Quays offers 3 Baby Changing Facilities located on Level 1B and on the Ground Floor near L.K.Bennett as well as a Family Room for Breastfeeding also on Level 1B. The Family Room features comfortable chairs as well as cubicles should Mum want to breastfeed in private.
Gloucester Quays operates a Radar Key System for our Disabled Toilets which are located on the Ground Floor by Lifts/Stairwell A and B, on Level 1A and Level 1B. If shoppers with disabilities do not have a Radar Key, then they can obtain one from the Customer Service Team if an item of value is left as a deposit.
Hire of Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters
Gloucester Quays has a limited number of Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters which shoppers can hire free of charge if an item of value is left as a deposit. These are rented out on a first come, first served basis. Shoppers can contact the Customer Service Team to pre-book the use of these (based on availability). Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters must remain within Gloucester Quays and Gloucester Docks.
Gloucester Quays offers Blue Badge spaces on all Levels of the Car Park. Blue Badge shoppers are entitled to 4 hours free parking. To get your free parking, shoppers must leave their Blue Badge timer on their vehicle dashboard, and bring their Blue Badge ID to the Customer Service Desk. The individual on the Badge must be present at the Desk in order to get the parking validated. Once validated, at the end of their visit, shoppers must pop their Car Parking ticket into any payment machine (located on all Levels except Level 4) before proceeding to their vehicle.
Family Bay Parking
Gloucester Quays does not currently offer Family Bay parking.
Gloucester Quays currently has 2 Cash Machines – both are located on the Ground Floor (Mall) by Lifts/Stairwell A and B.
Hire of Turbo Tots Cars
Gloucester Quays offers Turbo Tot cars suitable for toddlers/young children available to hire from the customer services desk. Turbo Tot cars must remain within Gloucester Quays and Gloucester Docks.

Manchester Emergency Fund Mini Event
Gloucester Quays hosted a mini event to raise funds for the Manchester Emergency Fund over the weekend of the Anniversary of the Manchester Attack. The event consisted of a Cake sale, Guess where Buzzy Bee is from, Tombola, Bee tables and Buskers. Our amazing tenants kindly donated prizes for the Tombola and the lovely Alex at Cake Heaven donated 100 Cupcakes and a HUGE bee cake. The event was spread over 3 days and all together we raised an amazing £340.00
Gloucester Quays Team took on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon to raise funds for The Christie Charity. The team got together on a Saturday morning and climbed up and down Snowdon within 6 hours! We managed to raise an amazing £1300 from all our amazing sponsors!
Alzheimer’s Cupcake Day
Gloucester Team hosted a Cupcake day from the Information Desk to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society. The team dressed the desk up with Alzheimer’s Society corporate colours and decoration and sold cupcakes throughout the day. Buskers also came in over the weekend to help support the charity and collectively we raised an amazing £129.45
Continuously throughout the year we have had buskers come in to the centre to raise funds for various charities. Over the past year we have supported the following charities raising a massive total of £10,832.69
Francis House Book Swap Shop
Gloucester Quays helped Francis House set up a Book Swap Shop where we gave the Charity a unit to set up and sell books with all donations going to Francis House. This was a huge success and we raised an amazing £974.84!
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Gloucester Quays held a Coffee Morning to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Throughout the morning we sold cakes and hot drinks in the food hall and raised an amazing £210.77!
Collection Box at the Information Desk for Marie Curie
Gloucester Quays are currently working with Marie Curie to help support their charity! We have started to do this by having a collection box at the Information Desk. We have now expanded this to the retailers where over 10 have now agreed to collect on behalf of Marie Curie! This will be monitored monthly but currently we have raised an amazing £175.00!
Available from the Customer Services Desk, these cards can be loaded with any amount between £5 and £500 and can be used at any participating store in the outlet including the restaurants/eateries.
