Gloucester Rugby Beach Weekender

Gloucester Quays is thrilled to be joining forces with the mighty Gloucester Rugby for a fun-filled FREE August Bank Holiday of beach rugby, family fun, player appearances, music and DJs and great local food and drink...

Beach rugby tournaments will be held throughout Saturday, plus free kids coaching sessions, beach games, music and more. Buckets ands spades and classic seaside games will also be available for youngsters (and the young at heart!) to play with while the grown-ups relax.

Saturday will be rounded off with a beach BBQ, bar and live music, with beach BBQ and DJs on Sunday evening. Members of the Gloucester Rugby squad will be joining us between 11am and 1pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
The Beach Weekender will also be filled with great stalls selling delicious, Gloucestershire produced food, drink, crafts, jewellery and lots more, and of course Gloucester Rugby's megastore will be open for business in our West Mall.

The event is set to be a great warm up for the Fanzone for Rugby World Cup 2015, which opens just two weeks after.
