Location

Ever since its Roman beginnings, the City of Gloucester has been a focal point for commerce and trade.

Today, the City enjoys all the benefits of a modern county capital plus international charm from its historic cathedral, part renovated docklands and pedestrianised city centre.

Located in the heart of the Cotswolds between the West Country and the Midlands, Gloucester Quays benefits from an excellent location with great access to the major cities of Birmingham and Bristol, with easy access to the M4, M5 and M50 motorways.

Approximately 60,000 cars pass Junction 12 of the M5 each day, which is less than 5 miles away from Gloucester Quays.

Whilst already a retail destination, Gloucester is also a major tourist destination drawing over 6 million visitors per annum. The outlet centre will be able to draw from these visitors as well as attracting additional shoppers in its own right.
