The following services are available from our Customers Services currently opposite the M&S Outlet:

• Mobility Hire: Electric scooters and wheelchairs – free
• Quays Cars: minimum height restrictions apply of 80cm. £3.50 1-hour weekday, £6 – 3 hours any day, £8 for the whole day. T&Cs apply. 

• Gloucester Quays are moving to a new Gift Card, part of the wider Gloucester Gift Card product, and will soon be able to offer you this to spend throughout Gloucester Quays and the wider city on the big brands that you know and the local brands you really love, all in one card. Our existing Gift Card programme will cease to operate on Sunday 3rd November 2024 and any existing cards you hold can be exchanged for new Gloucester Gift Cards at our Customer Service Desk from that time.
