With space for 1,400 cars and just 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre, our multi-storey car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With Pay on Foot machines on Levels 1A, 2A, 3A, 1B, 2B, 3B and on the Ground Floor by the Level B lifts.

Blue Badge holders

There are accessible bays on every level of our car park.

Plus, Blue Badge holders can enjoy their first 4 hours parking for free – during the centre’s main trading hours (Monday to Friday 10am – 8pm, Saturday 10 – 7pm, Sunday 10am – 5pm and bank holidays 10am – 6pm). £5.00 is deducted from the total amount payable (Tariff: 0-2 hours £2.50, 2-4 hours £5.00, 4-6 hours £7.50, 6+ hours £12.00).

To claim a deduction, Blue Badge holders must clearly display their Timer in their car window and bring their Blue Badge ID with their car park ticket to our Customer Services Desk. For the parking to be validated, the Blue Badge must be current, and the person named on the Blue Badge ID must be present.
