Gloucester Quays is conveniently located for easy access from M5 motorway, simply exit Junction 12 if you are travelling northbound, or exit Junction 11 if travelling southbound.
We have a multi-storey Car Park with 1,400 spaces. Please note, our Car Park is ticketless and cashless.

By Train & Bus
Gloucester Station is a 20 minute walk away to Gloucester Quays, alternatively, Gloucester Bus Station is a few minutes’ walk from Gloucester Train Station and offers regular routes stopping directly outside Gloucester Quays.
Cycling & Walking
Gloucester Quays is located a convenient 10 minute walk from Gloucester City Centre and is easily accessible. Cycle parking is available next to the entrance of the car park. Utilising these facilities will be at the cyclist’s own risk.
Car Parking
With space for 1,400 cars and just 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre, our multi-storey car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Car Park is cashless. Pay on Foot machines are located on Level 1, 2 and 3 of the Car Park on Stairwell A and B near the lifts.

Electric Charging spaces are located on Level 2 of our Car Park.
Blue Badge holders
Blue Badge spaces are available on all levels of our Car Park.
Blue Badge holders can enjoy their first 2 hours parking for free in the multistorey Car Park during the Shopping Centre trading hours.
To claim 2 hours free parking, please leave your Blue Badge clock displayed on your vehicle dashboard, and present your Blue Badge ID at Customer Services. You need to remember your vehicle registration number and the person on the Blue Badge ID must be present at Customer Services.
