• Prize must be claimed from the Customer Services desk within the shopping mall.
• Expiry date for claiming prizes is 17^th December 2023.
• Any Management decision is final.
• No cash or gift voucher alternative is available.

COMPETITION PERIOD: Entries for the competition will close at 05:00pm on Sunday 10^th December 2023. Any entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be entered into the draw.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, customers must go to the Christmas event page on the Gloucester Quays website https://www.gloucesterquays.co.uk/event/win-a-christmas-day-out-at-gloucester-quays-worth-over-500/ and enter their details into the competition form. (1) entry per person. The Competition must be entered in the Entrant’s own name and using the Entrant’s own email address.

• The Competition may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that Entry will be disqualified.
• Only entries that have been completed in full will be entered into the competition.
• Gloucester Quays does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

PRIZE: One winner will receive 4 x Ice Rink Tickets, 4 x Cineworld Cinema Tickets, 1 x £500 GQ Gift Card, 1 x Free Parking Ticket. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted. There is also no cash alternative available for the Prize. The winner must be available to collect the prize from the customer service desk in person before Sunday 17^th December 2023.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter you must be 18 years or over and a resident of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. No employees (or their family members) of the Promoter or any other party associated with the prize draw may enter.

WINNER SELECTION: One Winner will be randomly selected on Monday 11^th December 2023 from all eligible entries received. Gloucester Quays is not responsible for any contact details which are recorded incorrectly or security settings of the email account prohibiting personal messaging.

NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial attempt to notify them, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: The decisions of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion and without liability, cancel the prize draw.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• Gloucester Quays reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the Competition at any time. Gloucester Quays decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred and must not be sold on.
• Gloucester Quays, including its officers, directors and employees excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
• All [observation: “all” arguably raises the bar regarding consistency between the contract and the privacy Notification (aka “policy”). A simple example is the obvious and highly exploitable contradiction between this clause, the apparently proposed collection of birth date, and the purposes of that collection as evidenced by the “old” privacy Notification] Entrants’ details will be used in relation to the administration of this Competition and, if you are a Winner, the delivery of the Prize.
• These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
