TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTER: Gloucester Quays, Gloucester

  • Competition winner will be entitled to 1x Hotel Chocolat Sleekster chocolate box and 2x hot drinks from Hotel Chocloat Cafe of choice
  • Winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified and respond on socials or email.
  • Any Gloucester Quays Management decision is final.
  • No cash or gift voucher alternative is available.

COMPETITION PERIOD: Entries for the competition will close at 05:00pm on Friday 6th March 2026. Any entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be entered into the draw.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, customers must tag a person who they would share the prize with on the competition launch post on @gloucesterquays Instagram, like the post and share to their story. (1) entry per person. 

PRIZE: One winner will receive 1x Hotel Chocolat Sleekster chocolate box and 2x hot drinks from Hotel Chocolat Cafe. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted. There is also no cash alternative available for the Prize. Winner must be able to collect the prize in person on Sunday 8th March 2026.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter you must be 18 years or over and a resident of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. No employees (or their family members) of the Promoter or any other party associated with the prize draw may enter.

WINNER SELECTION: One Winner will be randomly selected on Friday 6th March 2026.

NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via direct message on socials from the official Gloucester Quays account (@gloucesterqyaus). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial attempt to notify them, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: The decisions of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion and without liability, cancel the prize draw. 

AGREEMENT TO PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these prize draw terms.
