Mr Halloween is in a frightful fix—his spooky sidekicks have vanished, and only they know the secret password to unlock his legendary candy vault! Collect a trail card* from the Customer Service Desk and embark on a ghostly adventure around the centre. Your mission: track down all 12 mischievous sidekicks, count the creepy crawlies lurking in the shadows, and crack the code. Once you’ve solved the mystery, return your trail card to the desk, say the password… and claim your sweet reward. It’s a spine-tingling quest for little monsters and brave explorers alike!

This Autumn, we’ve dialled up the seasonal charm with a hauntingly beautiful Halloween-themed phone box—draped in autumn leaves, pumpkins, and during half term just the right touch of spooky sparkle. It’s the perfect backdrop for your seasonal selfies and ghoulish group shots! Snap your best photo, tag @gloucesterquays and @coalkitchen on Instagram, and you could win a delicious meal for two at Coal Kitchen plus a £50 Gloucester Gift Card!
