Parking & Transport
Yes, Gloucester Quays has a multi storey car park with 1,400 spaces available so there will be plenty of room to park safely. Please bare in mind there is a 2.1m height restrictions.
You can pay for parking via QR code, at a pay on foot machine or at the exit. Pay on foot machines are available on every carpark lobby.
There are a selection of electric vehicle charging points available at our charging area providing a top-up service only, on Level 2.
Please note we are unable to provide fast charging.
There is no taxi rank at Gloucester Quays, but we will be more than happy to order a taxi for you from a local company at Customer Services.

To ensure you have a relaxing shopping experience we would advise you to visit during our quieter times, Monday – Friday 10am – 12pm, Saturday – Sunday 10am – 12pm.
We may sometimes have busy moments during our seasonal events. Our expert teams will manage this so that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

We have multiple washrooms with hot water and soap throughout the centre. In addition, hand sanitising facilities are available throughout the Quays.
Each washroom area is monitored by an individual attendant.
Please report cases of lost property to the customer services team. If you have lost something, we will take your details as well as a description of the item and you will be contacted if it is found. If have found something, please hand in to Customer Services.
Yes, ATM machines are available, located in St Ann’s Way entrance and next to White Stuff.
Gloucester Quays Gift Cards can be purchased at Customer Services.
Gloucester Quays are moving to a new Gift Card, part of the wider Gloucester Gift Card product, and will soon be able to offer you this to spend throughout Gloucester Quays and the wider city on the big brands that you know and the local brands you really love, all in one card. Our existing Gift Card programme will cease to operate on Sunday 3rd November 2024 and any existing cards you hold can be exchanged for new Gloucester Gift Cards at our Customer Service Desk from that time.

Access
All the shops are accessible by wheelchair and lifts are available on all floors of the carpark.
Assistance dogs
We welcome all assistance dogs to the Quays. Unfortunately, unless an animal is registered for assistance they aren’t permitted within the centre.
Wheelchairs
The loan of standard size wheelchair or mobility scooter are available from the Customer Services, located opposite M&S Outlet, subject to availability. Please email cservices@peel.co.uk to book in advance
Seating
Seating is available throughout the Quays.
Parking
We offer ample parking at the Quays, with several accessible parking spaces located close to each entrance on every floor.
Toilets
Accessible toilets are in eight areas, seven of those require RADAR key access. Each washroom is fitted with an emergency pull cord, grab rails, wider doors and lowered sinks.
For family changing facilities, please use Level 1B or Ground Floor toilets.
