Grab your trail booklet* from the customer service desk and embark on a merry adventure to find the hidden presents around Gloucester Quays.
Search for the secret letters, count the presents, and once you’ve found them all, put your brain to the test to solve the mystery.
Then, head back to the customer service desk to claim your well-deserved prize!
Plus, there’s a chance to win a Hotel Chocolat Bundle and a £50 Gloucester Quays Gift Card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTER: Gloucester Quays.
Gloucester Quays, St Ann Way, Gloucester GL1 5SH, part of Peel L&P Venus Building, 1 Old Park Lane, Trafford City, Manchester, M41 7HA.
- Competition winner will be entitled to 1 x Hotel Chocolat Bundle and 1 x £50 Gloucester Quays Gift Card.
- Prize must be claimed from the Gloucester Quays Customer Services desk within the shopping mall.
- Any Management decision is final.
- No cash or gift voucher alternative is available.
COMPETITION PERIOD: Entries for the competition will close at 17:00pm on Sunday 24th December 2023. Any entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be entered into the draw.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, customers must take part in the Festive Trail and donate £1 cash to our chosen charity of the year, the Pied Piper Appeal and fill out their details at the customer service desk. (1) entry per person. The Competition must be entered in the Entrant’s own name and using the Entrant’s own email address.
- The Competition may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that Entry will be disqualified.
- Only entries that have been completed in full will be entered into the competition.
- Gloucester Quays does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
PRIZE: One winner will receive 1 x Hotel Chocolate Bundle and 1 x Gloucester Quays Gift Card. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted. There is also no cash alternative available for the Prize. The winner must be available to collect the prize from the customer service desk in person before Sunday 7th January 2024.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter you must be 18 years or over and a resident of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. No employees (or their family members) of the Promoter or any other party associated with the prize draw may enter.
WINNER SELECTION: One Winner will be randomly selected on Thursday 28th December 2023 from all eligible entries received. Gloucester Quays is not
