TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTER: Gloucester Quays.

• 3 Competition winners will be selected at random; the first drawn name will be entitled to 1 x gift to the value of £150, the second drawn name will be entitled to 1 x gift to the value of £100 and the third drawn name will be entitled to 1 x gift to the value of £50.
• Prize must be claimed from the Gloucester Quays Customer Services desk within the shopping mall.
• Any Management decision is final.
• No cash or gift voucher alternative is available.

COMPETITION PERIOD: Entries for the competition will close at 17:00pm on Sunday 17^th December 2023. Any entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be entered into the draw.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, customers must donate £1 cash to the Pied Piper Appeal and collect a letter from the Customer Service Desk. The customer must fill out the letter and post it into the post box next to the Customer Service Desk. (1) entry per person.  The Competition must be entered in the entrant’s own name and if a child has completed the letter, a parent/carer must complete their details using their own phone number and email address.

• The Competition may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that Entry will be disqualified.
• Only entries that have been completed in full will be entered into the competition.
• Gloucester Quays does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

PRIZE: 3 Competition winners will be selected at random; the first drawn name will be entitled to 1 x gift to the value of £150, the second drawn name will be entitled to 1 x gift to the value of £100 and the third drawn name will be entitled to 1 x gift to the value of £50. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted. There is also no cash alternative available for the Prize. The winner must be available to collect the prize from the customer service desk in person before Sunday 24^th December 2023.
