Our Sustainability Plan aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and demonstrates our commitment to delivering action against our 1- and 5-year targets. We also undertake external ESG benchmarking assessments such as Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) and ActiveScore to ensure we follow best practices. For example, we are proud to be one of the UK’s first Net Zero Carbon in operation retail destinations verifying in early 2023 and aligning to the UK Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon buildings framework.
