Bakers + Baristas was founded in 1981 and since day one, the first thing we do when we open the café in the morning is turn on the oven and open a fresh pack of coffee beans. Once the first batch of fresh muffins and pastries are out of the oven and you can smell the freshly ground beans, we’re ready to open the doors. Our teams are all qualified baristas, passionate about seasonal food and baking, who care about creating warm and welcoming customer experiences.

Our passion and expertise (and those lovely aromas wafting out of the door) have meant we’ve now grown to over 61 Bakers + Baristas stores across UK and Ireland, with more planned for the future. We have amassed a well-thumbed recipe book of over 400 cakes and muffins, with a rotating seasonal offer in all our instore kitchens.

We also offer an ever-changing menu of artisanal savoury foods such as freshly baked filled baguettes, paninis, and toasties to name a few – all to keep your taste buds tingling from morning until evening. Visit in the morning and you’ll see the magic happen – ovens baking fresh cakes, pastries, sausage rolls and a dedicated team making your fresh sandwiches or decorating your favourite muffin. We like to call it ‘Happiness, fresh from the oven!’
